Blue Heron Point is conveniently located off Boys Camp Road, which is off US 64/74A in the Town of Lake Lure.  Follow Boys Camp Road to the end (approximately 2 winding miles) and bear left at the fork onto Village Blvd.  Take the first left onto Carsons Way and follow it one-half mile to Blue Heron Point.

Located in the thermal belt of western North Carolina, Lake Lure enjoys four distinct but relatively mild seasons for year-round outdoor enjoyment.
